The research, education, and outreach activities of Project Hindsight™ are conducted under the auspicies of The PHASER Foundation, a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Maryland for the dual purpose of research and education. The PHASER Foundation is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization of the type described in section 509(a)(2). The Golden Hind Press publishes the translations, monographs, audio courses and related instructional material of Project Hindsight™. The name Project Hindsight™ is a trademark of The Golden Hind Press.
